our youth teen and adult martial arts program  is very important to us and have multiple achieving aspects Some include control of aggressive behavior especially with the youths and teens other aspects are the gain of self-respect, self-control, self-defense, self esteem, focus, confidence, and courtesy. kicks, punches and blocks.
